The Website (BuyOnBudget.com) is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of building materials and home improvement products offered by ABC project’s various affiliate/ registered merchants/ vendors/service providers.
It should be noted that BuyOnBudget may not always be able to match your material requirements with suppliers. While we seek to enlist only the highest quality suppliers, we do not guarantee the quality or the credentials of the suppliers who will supply the products and services.
As BuyOnBudget.com is a market place platform for connecting buyers with suppliers. BuyOnBudget does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold. You should exercise as much caution as you would typically exercise with any purchase of products or services.
Should you have a dispute with any supplier, you must address such dispute with the supplier directly. You hereby agree to release BuyOnBudget (and our employees and agents) from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You agree that by placing an order, you are entering into an agreement with BuyOnBudget and a business relationship with BuyOnBudget’s suppliers and thus agree to be contacted by BuyOnBudget and its suppliers.
You acknowledge that these suppliers can contact you regarding your orders and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them, or BuyOnBudget if necessary, to fulfill such orders via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses. These contacts are necessary to provide the services set forth on our site, to service your account, to reasonably address matters pertaining to your account or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.
It is agreed that your use of BuyOnBudget services is for purchasing purposes and not for any other purpose including advertising or competitive intelligence. You acknowledge that BuyOnBudget screens your orders and has the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to deny any orders that is in violation of these terms and conditions.
If it is determined or suspected by BuyOnBudget in its sole discretion that you are misusing or attempting to misuse or circumvent the BuyOnBudget services or system, or are using or attempting to use it for any inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to activities such as hacking, fraud, advertising, or spamming, BuyOnBudget reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access without notice and to commence legal actions or proceedings to seek remedies and/or damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, repairs, legal fees, costs and expenses, and to seek injunctions or other equitable remedies.

When using BuyOnBudget services, you will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself and your purchasing requirements. This information will be sent to matching suppliers who will need this information to respond to you. You agree to only complete an order for yourself or another person who has authorized you to share his or her contact information. You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is untrue, not current or incomplete, or BuyOnBudget has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BuyOnBudget has the right to refuse you any current or future use of the BuyOnBudget services. You are responsible for any use of the BuyOnBudget services by persons to whom you intentionally or negligently allow access to your password. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions indicates that you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BuyOnBudget also provides content including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, data, and other material (“Content”) that are protected worldwide by copyright and other laws. The Content includes both content owned or controlled by BuyOnBudget and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to BuyOnBudget. BuyOnBudget authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the Content on the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written permission of BuyOnBudget. You agree that you will not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Use of BuyOnBudget content for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

There are links in the BuyOnBudget web site that will allow you to leave BuyOnBudget’s web site. The linked sites are not under the control of BuyOnBudget, and BuyOnBudget is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. BuyOnBudget is providing these links to you as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BuyOnBudget of the site.

BuyOnBudget may send you information related to your order or your BuyOnBudget account. You acknowledge and agree that BuyOnBudget has the right to do so. BuyOnBudget may also send you information and offers related to BuyOnBudget products and services, which you can choose to opt out of by changing your notification preferences as described in our privacy policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances will BuyOnBudget or any of its suppliers have any obligation to provide you with upgrades, enhancements, modifications, or support for the Services provided.

1 All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).

2 We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range and will let you know if the product is out of stock. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product.

3 In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Buyonbudget.com reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Buyonbudget.com will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.

1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

2 Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your offer until we send you an email notifying you of the order acknowledgment. At this point, a contract will be made between us for you to buy and us to sell the products that you have ordered from us.

3 After the time the contract is made, you cannot amend your order (but please see your right to cancel an order in paragraph below).

4 At any point up until the contract is made, we may decline to supply a product to you. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our refund policy in paragraph below.

1 Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order, At point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either an original labor card, passport, driving license, Qatar ID to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.

2 Please note that we do not do international shipping.

3 We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the product you order. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.

4 Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within 48 working hours of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time. Supplier delivered products for areas outside of main city limits that are classed as remote or semi remote may take up to 4 working days dependent on supplier schedules.
