What is your return policy?

We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with a valid receipt. Please contact our support for return instructions.

Do you deliver outside Qatar?

No, we currently only deliver within Qatar.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer 3 types of delivery:

  • Standard Delivery – within 1-2 business days
  • Fast Delivery – within 5-8 hours (extra charge applies)
  • Express Delivery – within 1 Day for selected items (30 QAR fee)

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is confirmed and dispatched. You can also contact our support for live updates.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we do. For wholesale or bulk inquiries, please contact our sales team for special pricing and quotes.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Cards, and Apple Pay. Secure online transactions are guaranteed.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes, at checkout, you can mention your preferred delivery time or contact our support to reschedule after placing your order.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can click "Notify Me" on the product page or contact us directly. We’ll inform you as soon as it’s back in stock.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
