Return and Refund Policy▼
Products can be returned within 3 days if unused and in original packaging with receipt. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. No cash refunds are offered for card payments.
Delivery Policy▼
Delivery is within 36–48 hours for in-stock items. Pre-orders and dropshipping products will be delivered within 7 days. Pickup is available upon request.
Order Cancellation▼
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with no fees. After this period, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Damage & Defective Products▼
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
