At BuyOnBudget, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, with original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns for damaged products will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The returned item must meet the same conditions outlined above and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction
